1 General Provisions and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the p555 platform ("p555", "we", "us") and any registered or unregistered user ("you", "member"). By visiting the p555 website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have unconditionally accepted all provisions of these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to the Bangladesh market. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the p555 platform.

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also apply and form an integral part of these Terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Registration Conditions

By registering, you confirm the following:

2.3 Single Account

Each member may hold only one account on p555. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all accounts. Operating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method will also be treated as a violation.

2.4 Identity Verification

p555 reserves the right to verify a member's identity, address, or payment information at any time. Withdrawal processing may be delayed until verification is complete.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposit Rules

p555 currently accepts deposits via three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.

Deposits must be made from a mobile wallet account registered in the member's name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing time is generally between 5 and 30 minutes. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 About Payment Methods

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. bKash and Nagad are popular mobile financial services in Bangladesh. Transactions through all three methods are fast, secure, and fully protected by encryption.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on p555 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Alternatively, depositing ৳14,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. For example, a ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses apply once per account only.
• Bonuses may not be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
• p555 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be suspended.

5.4 Bonus Cancellation

p555 reserves the right to cancel any bonus in the following cases:

• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Using a third-party payment account.
• Fraudulent or manipulative activity.
• Other violations of these Terms.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Commitment

7 VIP Program

p555's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate increases as you move to a higher tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Promotion to a VIP tier is based on consistent activity and loyalty to the platform. Cashback will be credited to the member's account at a set time each week. Wagering requirements also apply to cashback.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on p555 and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Cheating, manipulation, or use of automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Using multiple accounts or third-party identities.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Attempting to attack or disrupt the platform's infrastructure.
• Coordinated betting or group manipulation.
• Helping minors to play or playing on their behalf.

9 Responsible Gaming

10.2 Closed by the Member

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p555 will not be liable for:
